This project is a frontend portfolio demonstration built with HTML5 and CSS3 only. It does not provide brokerage services, legal advice, or financial advice.

3. Intellectual property

Site code is released under the MIT License. Branding, copy, and layout are provided for portfolio demonstration. Photography assets are used under their respective licenses as documented in the project.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt hosting or scrape the site aggressively
• Do not misrepresent EstatePrime as a live brokerage
• Do not use site content to deceive third parties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for damages arising from use of this demonstration website.
